Reporting Content or Users

How to keep your campus network clean. Reporting spam, harassment, and fake accounts.

A self-correcting community

Clstr only works if it's a place people actually want to be. Because everyone is verified, people generally behave better than they do on anonymous forums.

But if someone crosses the line, you have the tools to handle it.

How to report

Every post, comment, and profile has a Report button. Tap it, choose the reason (spam, harassment, inappropriate content), and add a brief note if needed.

Reports go directly to our moderation team, not to the person you reported.

What happens next

We review reports quickly. If someone is violating the rules, we remove the content. If it's a repeated or severe offense, we ban the account.

Bans are permanent. Once your college email is banned, you can't just make a new one.

Blocking users

If you just don't want to see someone's posts or receive their messages, you can block them. They won't be notified, but they'll disappear from your Clstr experience entirely.
