Leaving on your terms
If you decide Clstr isn't for you, you can leave at any time. We don't hide the delete button in a maze of settings.
How to delete your account
Go to your Account Settings and tap Delete Account. We'll ask you to confirm it, and then it's gone. This is a hard delete — your profile, your posts, and your messages are removed from the platform.
We don't keep a shadow copy of your profile just in case you come back.
What happens to your content
When your account is deleted, your name and photo disappear from any clubs you were in. Your posts in the feed are removed. Direct messages you sent will still exist in the other person's inbox, but they'll be attributed to a deleted user.
Exporting your data
Before you delete your account, you can request an export of your data. This includes your profile info, your posts, and your CollabHub history. Email support from your registered college email, and we'll send you a structured file within a few days.
